Affordable Blonde Wig Transformation

Hey guys you're watching frizzy bree welcome to my channel. This video is all about the wig that i'm currently wearing, including the coloring and styling process. I purchased this wig from the hc diva store vendor on amazon and the length is 18 inches with the color 613 blonde. The wig was in a teapart lace formation, so there wasn't really a lot of room for me to pluck the front to give it a more natural hairline. But you can see that i'm attempting to do so with the lace that was available and after plucking as much as i could. I went ahead and started the coloring process. I purchased this dark ash blonde revlon, color off of amazon and used that, with my 40 volume developer that i got from the hair store, i followed the box directions of adding their color to their developer and the provided little bottle that they have in each of The packages and then i went ahead and filled up the rest of the space, with my 40 volume developer and mixed it all together to ensure that the entire unit would process evenly with the color. I did end up using all three boxes and you'll see the coloring process in the following clips and before leaving the wig to process for 35 minutes, as instructed by the box, i did a second sweep through the wig just to make sure that all the hair Was covered and that the entire unit would process evenly - and this is the next day after the wig had been shampooed with purple shampoo and left overnight to air dry. The wig did look a bit thin to me, so i took about two and a half inches off and gave it some light. Layering. Here'S a close-up of the parting space that this unit has. You probably have a centimeter of hair on either side of the center part and you're only really able to do a center part with this, unless you like shift the wig to the side and now you'll be able to watch me install this wig again. If you saw my last video, i am not a professional at wig installation. I do intend to get better this year, but this is only the second time that i've applied a wig to my head. This year do and as you all can see, i'm very focused on making sure that i'm not cutting myself with this little eyebrow razor, because i know a lot of people make. It look really easy, but you can cut yourself with these things. After removing the lace. I added some face framing layers to the front of the unit so that when i curled it it would fit the shape of my face a little better and then i went in with my little conair flat iron. Just to add some curls. I let the curls cool and set while i did my makeup and then here i am just taking off the little scarf that i used to lay my edges um. So i can begin to play with the curls a little bit. The front curls were a little smushed by my scarf, so i'm just going through and re-curling them to make sure that they're framing my face. The way that i like and i didn't add makeup to the lace of this unit before putting it on, because i was afraid that i would get my brow makeup all over the blonde hair. So i'm adding a little bit of my highlighting color concealer to the parting area to make sure that um, the lace matches the color of my skin a little better in these final clips, you'll just see me playing with the curls a little bit more um reforming Them, but this is the final look that i was going for kind of a old school glamour.
